Centennial is committed to providing scholarships with a priority on financial need, in addition to academic merit. This commitment reflects our vision that there are equitable opportunities for people to lead purposeful lives, have financial security and enjoy a sense of belonging within the community.

As part of its contribution to the community, Centennial will share informational resources of interest to the philanthropic sector, particularly in relation to the roles and responsibilities of donors as they partner with non-profit organisations to have sustained and constructive impact in the community.

Centennial operates as an independent, philanthropic foundation, providing scholarships to individuals and grants to a wide range of non-profit groups in Bermuda. Over the years, the Foundation has given in the region of $75 million to support projects both large and small, and now provides in excess of $2.5 million in grants and $950,000 in scholarships annually.
