All past and present grantees have been added to the new grant management system. This tutorial shows you how to set up your new password. Also useful whenever you forget your password.

For new applicants, watch the next tutorial – New User Registration.

New User Registration

If you have never before received funding from Centennial, you are a new user. This tutorial shows you how to register your organisation. To apply for a grant all users must be registered.

Overview of Grantee Portal

This is a simple overview of the navigation of the grants management system to support all users.

Contact and Organisation Profiles

All users will be required to ensure their contact profile and their organisation profile are set up properly and is current, before applying for a grant. This tutorial shows you how.

Letter of Intent

This tutorial covers how to complete the Letter of Intent. Only those applying for an Over $25,000 grant for the first time as a new organization or a new project not previously funded, need to submit a Letter of Intent.  Please note if you are applying for an Under $25K grant there is no need to complete the Letter of Intent process. For more details on the LOI process please see the instructions here.

Full Application

This is a step-by-step guide of how to complete an application for funding.

Part 1 – Project overview

Part 2 –  Strategy & Budget

Part 3 – Collaborators & Submission

As part of Centennial’s initial review of all applications, we may ‘annotate’ or ask for additional information or clarification, before your application goes before our review committees. This is all done within the grants management system. In this tutorial you will see how to respond to a request for amendments and how to manage annotations.

Legacy reporting

This tutorial is only for organisations awarded grants in 2021 that must still report on that 2021 grant. You will report using the old format and will upload it to this new system. All 2022 reporting will use the new format.

Reporting for Everyone

This is for all successful grant applicants from 2022, and is a stepbystep guide on how to submit reports in the system.
